People:

Allen Roberts: Twice a hockey parent. Hooked on technology since childhood and photography since high school. Allen's kids have played for Santa Clara and Tri-Valley. allen@hockeyshots.net

Bryan Wasson: Earlier in life was a professional photographer, now a hockey parent. Bryan's son plays for Tri-Valley. bryan@hockeyshots.net

Cheryl Wentz: Hockey mom for many years, her son currently plays for Tri-Valley.

Technology:

We use Canon Digital Single Lens Reflex cameras with very "fast" telephoto lens. To supplement the light in the rink, we deploy 4 external strobe flashes for each rink. The flash is bounced off the walls or ceiling to provide even lighting and to avoid distracting players.

We have pictures available for viewing and ordering at the rink using a custom touchscreen photo viewing station. We can deploy up to 10 stations depending on the size of the tournament.

We custom crop and print each print ordered to highlight the player. We can print up to 13x19" pictures at the rink. We also offer pictures on CDs. Following the tournament, we offer all the pictures for ordering on the Internet.
